Prior to a career in real estate, Mike spent eleven years in the mortgage industry and as the president of his own mortgage company. Mike has spent a considerable amount of time building and renovating his own investments and eventually realized that there was an opportunity to do something more for real estate clients, in a superior way.
Holding a 2001 Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Montana, Mike has a deep respect and understanding for the very ground under our feet that is real estate. He inherited an eye for style and the understanding of what it takes to make homes more useful and appealing by growing up with, and proceeding on with his own, continuous property improvement. Mike is an experienced renovator and handy individual, who has worked on every just about every part of the home, farm and ranch.

Bess gained her love for real estate & design working for her dad’s log home company in Winter Park, Colorado.
After earning a business degree, she promptly secured her real estate license and enjoyed immediate success, helping 19 buyers purchase homes during her first year in business, and has now helped myriad buyers, sellers, builders and investors: completing over 300 transactions in the last 10 years.
She earned her interior design degree while working as a Realtor dual-licensee of Colorado and California. Her passion in real estate sales, investing, home remodeling and staging has allowed her to master the real estate industry - selling all of her listings at highest price per square foot compared to her peers. This attention to detail and her clients did not go unnoticed as Bess was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Renovation.
Not only are her marketing techniques unmatched, her eye for design serves as a unique asset for her clients to maximize the profit they make while selling their homes or renovating ones they have purchased.
